Weird. Just called and someone picked up right away (no initial voice mail). They're estimating being back up in 15-20 mins.

So, I have 2 theories.

1 - They're picking up the phones to provide better response while the site is down.

2 - They're having problems with their data/voice vendor and are answering the phones on a copper backup line.

I have the shopping cart bookmarked and I can login and it lets me go to the checkout page. However I still need to add one item so I'm waiting to order, but I could do it now since I put the stuff in my cart last night.

As for tracking your shipments, just check your e-mail. If your stuff shipped before this little snafu then your tracking numbers will be listed.
