nForce at 1152x864 - possible?

I have an MSI nForce 420 motherboard (came with a MicronPC.. GREAT system) and so far it's been working great in Windows XP. I can't, however, get the video to run at 1152x864. I put an old TNT2 M64 in and it works fine at that resolution so it shouldn't be Windows which is at fault.

So, anyone else with an nForce board able to run at 1152x864? 1280x1024 is a little too fuzzy on this 19" monitor that I have.

I am running my desktop at 1152x864 using my nForce under Windows XP as I type this. I had to use PowerStrip to get it. I don't know if its a Driver/Windows issue, but with power strip everything works great.

Thanks - I'll give PowerStrip a try. I wonder why nVidia doesn't have 1152x864 as an "official" resolution.

I could run 1600x1200 32bit 85Hz w/ my MSI K7N420 Pro
