I have bought over 30-40 things from Surplus and have had no problems. But when they say OEM they mean it. It may be new but it might come in a ziplock bag or something. But if they say new it will be new.........

I don't want to make it out like all their stuff comes in sandwich bags. Their retail stuff is retail. But some of the OEM stuff I've gotten has come in bags smelling like ham sanwiches. No really, they use clear bags for OEM stuff... So what?!

i have that keyboard and it's pretty nice to use. easy to type on and stuff but i stil perfer a black one since it's harder to see when crumbs drop into it. overall i say it's good for the price (i got for 20 bucks at amazon.com a while back) but the handrest is flimsy and the keyboard feels alittle funny without. not that hot of a deal btw
