If you have a bootable floppy with a GOOD BIOS on it, you MAY be able to recover. I would definitely use the jumper to clear the CMOS settings, then try booting to that floppy. If that fails, your only option is to buy a new BIOS chip and/or system board. The BIOS chip is going to be cheaper, but if you are going to spend $20 or more on a BIOS chip, you may want to consider just buying a new mobo with a newer BIOS (and maybe better features) for the additional cost.
