No dvi on thinkpad t23?

I have thinkpad t23 with a portreplicator and t545 tft screen.

I can use the tft with the analog cable through the portreplicator, but I want to use dvi.

I use w2k, but during boot I should be a able to get an image so it's not os related.

Any thoughts welcome..
