No Post

I'm pretty sure I need an RMA on this one but thought I'd throw it out there to see if I missed anything. Basically, I rebooted and my pc decided to never show a post again. Here are the stats.

P4P800 Deluxe by Asus
2.4C P4
TI4600 GeForce 4 by Visiontek
512 Corsair XMS CL2 in single channel
Adaptec 29xxxx SCSI w/IBM 15K and Maxtor 7.2K
No IDE devices
XP Pro

I've had it running at 3.0G for a while but recently I reimaged my HDD and left the stock settings. It was running continuously for well over a month at the stock settings.

I get no response from the unit unless I pull my memory. Then I get the typical beeps that indicate memory error.
Here is what I've tried:

Reset CMOS (Probably 20 times by this point)
Pulled everything except memory, cpu and vid (did reseat everything)
Swapped vid cards
Swapped memory (both slots with the original memory and different memory)
Pulled CMOS batt
Tested memory and cpu on other systems to ensure they work

Any ideas would be cool.

I assume the ram and cpu work, as does at least one of the video cards.

Do you have any different PSUs? Have you pulled everything form the case and tried setting up a test bed?

I haven't pulled the motherboard out but plan on doing so to RMA it. I tried another cpu this evening and there is nothing there. I have a power supply tester and everything rings up true on it so I guess the bios just decided to take an extended leave of absence. Not sure what the cause was and it is unlike Asus products to dump like that but hopefully I can get a replacement farily quick.
