No sound on tv tuner card

I just got to college and my TV tuner card will recieve the signal but there isnt any sound output. All drivers are up to date and sound works great with other programs. Can anybody tell me what is wrong? I am using a nVidia personal cinema card with WinDVR. Help if you can.

Usually on tv cards you have too hook them up to your sound card to make everything happy. Have you hooked things up according to how the manual instructs you to do so?

I've used it before to test it out and it worked. I haven't changed anything since then. Plus the sound is integrated onto the motherboard and this card is combined with the graphics card.
