This is really starting to frustrate me, so any help is greatly appreciated! I've spent two days on this, bought numerous new components, and tried proven items, but I can't get this PC to show me video... The story...

So the other day I shutdown my PC. I have Vista Home Premium and went through the Start Menu, everything normal. When I go to turn it back on, I get no video, and the LED's in my case blink a couple times before powering up fully. I also notice something is quieter.

My Rig's specs:
Core2 Duo E6600
Gigabyte DS3 965P
2 Gigs of GSkill ram (1 gig x 2) 4-4-4-12
eVGA GeForce 7950GX2
X-Fi ExtremeGamer
OS: Vista Home Premium.
500w Thermaltake PSU

This have been running just fine up until I shut this down. My first assumption was PSU, so I by an Antec 650w PSU.

Same issues, no video, trouble booting. The power on the video card's fan isn't spinning up. I unplug the PCI-E cord from the video card and the fan spins up. Odd..

I buy an 8800 GTS 320mb (eVGA), drop it in along w/ the new PSU. Same exact problems.

I reseat the RAM, no help.

I buy a new mobo, ASUS P5N-E SLI 650i, now the PC powers up normally (fans spin, video cards spin, etc) however, STILL no video!!

I move the PC to my wife's monitor and try to plug it in, no video on her confirmed working monitor!

Long story short (I know, too late), I have purchased everything new (save for CPU, HDD, and roms) and still have no video. I've tried RAM in new spots, it's not BIOS due to new Mobo, the new Mobo seemed to help, but has no resolved original video issue.

I'm stuck.. any help and advice would be tremendously appreciated. If you need more info, please post and I'll monitor this as I have nothing else to do.. I'm at wit's end.

I couldn't sell you something that didn't work..

Anyway, as an update, I tried my wife's identical working 7950gx2 card in my PC and still no video. At this point, the only things it could be are: CPU, Case, or RAM. My gut is saying CPU.. it was overclocked at one point, but it won't post (and w/ a brand new Mobo, meaning it should be trying to boot at stock speeds again).

Any other thoughts?
