Nokia N95 vs. Apple Iphone

Ok, between the Nokia N95 and the 8GB Iphone. Which one would you rather get? No need to state your reason, just pick one.

You can play around with the idea all you want. I did the same then while debating blackberry curve vs iPhone.

But, when you get into the store your going to buy the iPhone.

Let me put it like this, if you get the Nokia you will spend your time trying to convince yourself that that "I made the smart/economical/practical choice".

If you get the iPhone you will spending your time looking at your iPhone thinking "Damn this is cool!"

N95 as you don't have purchase it through your carrier and you can buy it unlocked. Thus you don't have to sign a nasty 2 year contract nor do you have to stick with any same carrier because your phone is branded o their network.

Jakeisbest, do you know what the N95 is? Its not an "economical" phone in the slightest.

Definitely go N95. Feature-wise it blows the iPhone out of the water in virtually every way.

I recently got in on the refurbished iPhone for $250 deal, unlocked, no contract. The N95 is nice too, but would cost me more than 2x as much so easy choice here. But if money were no object I might go with N95 because of built in GPS, better camera, and faster internet speed. But if you like using iTunes...

For sure I know the N95,

I know it has GPS the great camera, and 3g, its unlocked, ect.

But try and carry one in your pocket all day. It looks like you are carrying around 4 decks of cards. The menu system really is not as usable as the iPhone. Can you stick the N95 in an arm band and go work out? No way! My point is iPhone has the right features and the best form factor for them.

Most importantly N95 does not look as good as the iPhone, look is a big part of carrying around a 400-700 dollar phone, and don't pretend that its not!
