with stock cooling, those temps are nothing to worry about, and look about right for a light overclock...
yeah, those seem pretty good. I have a 4400+ and at stock, with slightly better cooling (i have the AMD 4 heatpipe cooler) I get about 50C load and 36C idle with pc probe II. so your temps look to be about in line with what i am getitng...
On my X2 3800 running at 2.65Ghz with 1.50-1.52v on a Freezer64 Pro, my dual P95 load hits 54-55C, and idles around 33-35C depending on the room temperature.
