Recieved this in my e-mail a few minutes ago

First, the fact that I haven't had anything up for sale in months confused me, then the fact that it looked nothing like any other e-mail I've recieved from paypal made me suspicious, then I check the "from" line, and instead of being from service@paypal.com as usual, it was from this guy, rick.stilt@mail.wcresa.k12.mi.us
I logged into my paypal account (NOT by clicking that link, through typing in the address myself), and of course, no $81 there. Looks like another scam to me.
