I second CNET as a good source of notebook reviews. CNET isn't as thorough as AnandTech, but it gives a fairly comprehensive look at the features of each machine, and lots of pictures to boot.
I have found that PC World, PC Magazine, and Consumer Reports are cursory and shallow in their reviews. I read the Consumer Reports article on notebooks, and I was cringing when CR mentioned "Centrino Processors". :disgust:
