Memory bandwidth properly improved on both the 5060Ti and 5060. And core count increase (vs 4000 series) is at least 'ok', as compared to the 70 and 80 cards not seeing much increase. Its just the willful VRAM sabotage...

NBC compared the 5070 Ti Laptop to the 5070 Laptop... the Ti is quite a bit faster. Granted it was 85 W versus 115 too.
Feels like the 5xxx only just finished releasing and ramping up to some sort of normal availability and the 5080 Super is already in the works?!
