Damn, i'm waiting on a replacement motherboard for my other computer, so i'm stuck on an old p233.. so I can't try these yet . Someone give them a try a post some results

Wow! I can't wait to test them! Go ATI and Nvidia! I love you both ! Two great video companys!!!!!!!!! I was expecting new drivers but not so fast! Pretty impressed! ATI released new drivers too ! So ATI is doing really well with drivers i think so far also!!!!!! Maybe soon a 25% increase for the ATi 9700 pro!!!!!!!!!! I would love that!!

oh my god my score just about increased 1000 points!!!!!! I was getting 100 fps in nature at some points now!!!!!!!!!! Oh my god!!!!!!!! oh my god!!!!!!!! The lowest in nature i got was like 53 fps but most of the time 60 to 80 fps. I am like amazed that these drivers increased my nature fps and the other game demos of 3dmark2001SE pretty much. Espically nature. I mean heck i never even got close to 100 fps ever. And then i did!!!!!! I know 3dmark2001SE is just a benchmark tool but still oh my god!!!!! Now let me go try out FSAA and AF performence speed now, and real games i play!!!!

How can i be a nVidiot if i say i both love Nvidia and ATI. ATI even released new drivers for the ATI 9700 after the first release drivers before the Det. 40 drivers. I even said in the above post ATI doing well with their drivers. Now who calls that a nVidiot?

Moonbender finally able to get 10000 3dmark2001SE score! Even with my pc133 sdram that i want to upgrade to ddr ram when i get my new mobo. I know sdram limits my performence pretty much but still impressive for my system i have with sdram i think. I wonder if FSAA and AF performence is increase any hmmm. I bet not. I don't think drivers can do that much. I wish but not holding my breath. But who knows till we try.

My 3dmark score went from 10259 to 10979.

No complaints whatsoever.

Maybe a little more tweaking and I'll hit the 11k barrier. hehe

murphy55d wow nice! Mine increased by 1000 because i was getting around 9000 before now just about 10000. So i was estimating but its like 7 points away from 10000.

Wouldn't it be nice if Nvidia could do this again with the next driver release ? ! Did you check image quality or anything btw?

Can't wait to test these out with my geforce 3 ti 200. hoping to get a decent performnce increase.

On a plain ol 1.6 256k cache cpu Geforce 4400.
Score went from 8623 to 9650.

Amazing how much the cpu plays in the score.
I had a 1.6nw@2.3 and was getting 12000+

Can't wait to get my Northwood back:frown:

2D Speed is up as well. Haven't tried them on a VIA based system (yet) to see if the slow dib blitting problem has been fixed. The control panel has been changed as well. (Media Player pop out menu look) The image turning feature is neat for those that like to turn their displays sideways. (this can also be used as a tool for torture I suppose!)

Dug wow thats alittle over 1000!! Nice! I bet you were happy with over a 1000 points increase in 3dmark2001SE! I know i am. I never expected this big. I was thinking 400 if i was lucky.

Yeah a 1000 point increase is nice. I'm hoping I can get over 13,000.

I really like the control panel now on these things. It makes it a lot easier to navigate.

10% increase for me, I'm at 9744 in 3Dmark 2001SE now. That's on an XP1800+, 512MB PC266 and a GF4 Ti4200 128MB, non-overclocked. I'm not complaining.
