Shit, people should be allowed to kill their babies as long as they do it before it is 1 week old. A lot better than having a bunch of ditched kids growing up in adoption agencies / foster homes / parents that don't give a shit so they can turn out to be criminals later. At least then, everyone doesn't have to pay for someone's poor decision of banging without a raincoat.
