Hello,
I was wondering if the Powestream worth $140. For $80, you can buy a 480W Tagan w/ active PFC and for $120 you can buy Enermax Noisetaker 485W w/ active PFC. Why are Enermax and Ocz so expensive, or why is Tagan so cheap? It sure is a quality unit, isn't it? And ~40 W isn't a great difference imo.Tagan has 28A on 12v rail. OCZ has 33A, and Enermax has dual 12V rails with a total of 31A (all these three values are high enough for an high-end system i guess?) In the reviews, i saw that all three are stable enough on load...
So, what would make me choose OCZ Powerstream, which has no active PFC and costs ~$140, over Tagan or Enermax, both with active PFC and very good performance.
Thanks.
