I wonder if this is comfortable? anyone seen this chair at Staples or Office MAX?

I want one that my head can rest on when I lean back.. I need to a least do that. The one at circuit city... how tall is it!

Also I have recently been told that Leather Chairs are HOT!! especially if you are prone to sweat??? any comments

I have this one, and it is very comfortable at $79.99.

Best thing to do is drive to an OD and sit in the different chairs to decide. The cheaper chair was more comfortable to me then the other one I looked at that was twice the price.

I still say that the best deal on a leather chair right now is at Circuit City, The model number is OFFICE STAR EX11203.

It's shown on their website too. I can't link to it though, since they use session ID's.

The chair I have listed above from Circuit City is high enough for me to lay my head back and have it fully supported. I had tried the Office Depot $69.99 chair a few months back and returned it the next day. If I laid my head back, I would be looking at the ceiling (I'm 6'2&quot.

From the inside up? Cushion up? I am 6"4' and am curious about the height but want to save $$$.... most of my height is above my waist .. my pants

Well, I don't have a tape measure, so I had to use a straight ruler. This is approximate, but it came up 28".

Best thing to do with chairs is really to go try a bunch of different ones out. . . About two years ago, I spent a day going around and probably tried a hundred different chairs at a dozen different stores. . . Figured since I spend 4-6 hours a day in this chair working on projects, playing games, answering emails, etc. . . it better be the most comfortable thing in my apartment. Ended up spending about $160, and it has been worth every penny.

If you figure I've had this for over two years, and I spent $160, and my math comes out to about $0.18 per day since I've owned it, and it is still in almost perfect shape. . . so that's about $0.03 per hour so far, and going down by the day.

Make a good investment in your workspace. Get ergonomic keyboards, wrist rests, etc. . . put your monitor at the right height/distance, even if you have to build your own stands. . . arrange your workspace so you are comfortable--it will totally be worth it in the long run.

I've sat in that chair recently and it is awesome.
The seat padding is very firm and doesn't give at all and the head support does go up high enough to allow you to put your head back.
For the money it is great.
