I agree with the OP. I'm a die hard Eagles fan. I hate the Pats more than I could ever explain in text.

But their talent is ridiculously over stacked. If they lose any game this season it will most likely because they can put in 2nd string players towards the end of the season so they dont injure starters.

For stealing signals? It's not illegal. They were guilty for videoing the signals. The tape has actually been released. If you view it, you see three guys giving signals. Please identify which one is giving the real signal and tell me how they can use it during the game.

edit - the funny thing is that it appears that the Jets were caught doing the same thing last year at New England but New England just ejected the guy and didn't report him to the the NFL. Mangini crying over spilled milk just wanted to get back at Belchick.

I think it's truly a shame that such a great franchise is being tarnished by this.. I don't understand why a team as stacked as the Pats needs to cheat. I would imagine other teams have been/are doing this as well, they just haven't gotten caught - but honestly Pats, do you really need the extra edge? Lastly, for a fan to be so brazenly cavalier about it is just pathetic.

I'm not an expert on stealing football signals, sorry. Point is its illegal in the league and cheating to tape signals.

Also, with all the technology they have available I'm sure that taping other teams signals provides SOME illegal advantage.
