The one bothersome thing to me is the lack of hitting from Cabby. .200 is not going to cut it. I don't ever remember him swinging and missing at so many pitches. He hits everything usually.

I can almost guarantee that this will happen Not my proudest moment as a White Sox fan haha. But he did have a pretty solid decade with our team. Kenny Williams speaks pretty highly of him, plus our last player turn manager did win us a world series.

Yeah, I looked at the WS 2012 schedule and they just happen to open at the Rangers. Can't get much more ironic than that.

I'm happy for you, and all the other Detroitee's who have stood by their city and teams through the tough times. I said when the trade happened that you guys would really come to like Fister. He has a very good manner on the mound on does not rattle easily, as was evidenced yesterday pitching Game 5 in NY! So happy he is in the playoffs, and also why I mentioned awhile ago that the Tigers are my adopted playoff team. Hope you guys smoke the Rangers.

Theo's not my favorite but if Henry lets him out of his contract to take the Cubs job he should make the deal contingent upon Epstein taking John Lackey right along with him.

Hmm. I don't care too much about this first game. I guess I'll go with the Brewers since they haven't had playoff success in forever. And I was born in Milwaukee, I guess that counts for something.

Go Cards though. Philly is the only team that truly scares me. Plus I like the Cards.
