Thugs, mind providing a link? i just happened to be trying to google overclocking with p4 mobiles but came up empty. p4 mobiles are expensive right now (399 @newegg?) but the possibilities are intriguing.
My friend got a 2.4B C1 retail from newegg (SL6EF - pack date 12/17) which was ordered 1/3. On the 2.4B user feedback @ newegg there's another recent person who ordered 12/31 got an SL6EF.
Someone who ordered Dec. 30th got a B0 2.4B though, so it's still not a sure thing.
Well I cannot afford the 2.4B one yet but I am more interested in the 1.8A ones but no one can confirm that they got a C1 at Newegg. I have to pay tax and that's make a difference in my budget.
I just got a 2.4B (OEM) from Newegg, SL6D7 (think thats the code), its a BO, but it ran 150fsb on1.50v (Bios) and during Prime95 it dipped to 1.47, idle was 1.53 (Windows).
its better than the Bo 1.8a I had before...
I got tired of waiting.... I am going with the Athlon 2100+ with a nForce2 mobo. When HT becomes for widespread and cheaper, I'll switch back to Intel.

I hadn't heard of anything yet...Why not the 1.8 and 2.0 first??? I eman with upcoming 800fsb chips it is not like they want to get rid of lower multiplier chips....
Just received a 2.4b SL6EF from Mindfactory Germany. Will test tonight, how much this baby can do. Hope my old BD-7 will not be holding me back, at least it will not be the Corsair 3200.
