I just used my hung jury its a better PVE wep vs mida

hand canons also work well, I played with hawkmoon some as well

ran invective most of the time and a HMG

I don't recall seeing any cptns in the challenge, vex, taken, fallen but I don't recall seeing any cptns in that final round

also once you do the challenge card just farm the piss out of it

HJ has a slower rate of fire vs the mida. I like the HJ when I don't need the spindle for raids, but otherwise, personally, I'm a huge mida fan with the tlaloc a close second when running sunsinger.
hawkmoon has less ammo and for me is primarily a pvp weapon only but my son loves using it. I hate hand cannons in general though so there's that.

I might be confusing the level 41 vs level 42. The teams I played with last night agreed the level 41 is tougher than the level 42, especially when the Vex basically use lasers to nail you and can kill in just a few shots.

yea the 41 is def more annoying and harder IMO

and I do like mida, but I like slower + harder vs faster + weaker for PVE, I pretty much only use mida in PVE or if im farming and want to run fast

I've had a ll 307 version for several months and not really a fan of it. Doesn't seem to hit hard, not great in pvp, its overall "meh" to me. However, I do know some people love it.

Looks good, and I'm hoping it's worth $30. Not willing to preorder it though. I haven't played destiny in awhile, but this might bring me back.

It's not as feature filled as The Taken King so it won't be worth $30 but you have to buy it to keep up.

Yeah that's really the only reason to get it, to keep up. I don't expect they have made any changes to the way they present a story to you. I do expect they will have vender gear and reward equipment capable of bringing most people up to par light level wise. So if someone was lacking a few things or just really didn't play much I don't think it will take too much time to at least get to the level you can start the new raid. Provided you are willing to put in a bit of time and effort. I haven't played myself in a while but still know a few people who still play pretty often. I am not planning to go back though. The daily/weekly grind wasn't rewarding enough to me even with the revamped system they introduced with TTK.

I mainly check in on Friday or Saturday to get the 2 weekly boxes and check out xur. While I greatly prefer computer FPS to console, a good autorifle with minimal recoil perks makes the pvp here a lot more entertaining. Although lately I've been getting higher placements on the final scoreboard and have to wonder if the numbers playing have dwindled over time.

Looked into doing the year 2 crap end of August. Decided it wasn't worth it. Will probably wait for a sale for the next one.

How much are they charging for that? I haven't played in a long time and honestly I just don't think it's worth too much money for a map pack. It's still the same grinds just different backdrops. WHile that works for a while, a couple of years of this stuff just gets a bit tired for me.
