I am rather glad to see this and the 6 stat change!
Yeah. It always annoys me in the AH when people pump up the stats of something by just sticking in a gem. I want to look by base stats!

They halved the proc coefficient - why would you need 80 instead of 60?
Check out this ring I bought... The lvl requirement is 45. Those stats are insane:

Bought it in case I ever wanted to lvl a DH faster.
Don't know when it's supposed to hit, but I believe in patch 1.1. Sorry, that's all I know.not bad. Just not sure how many times I want to run through the same maps. when are they adding pvp?
Assuming you mean 30%.
Right now 30% is a good breaking point for people because:
1) You don't need millions in gear
2) it's "good" enough to tank for the most part
3) the proc coefficient is low already for wicked wind, but at 30% crit it procs reliably often enough that you can get a good return.
Doubling this easily breaks #1 so that this is no longer a viable build unless you spend millions on gear. Of course this is talking about the current economy, with the increase in MF coming up and with paragon levels its possible gear prices will drop and 60% becoming the new 30%.
Doubt it though.
There was a post on the wizard forums showing the math, but essentially 80% was what you'd need to get a consistent proc the way you have it now.
Also, I heard that the original Diablo team made a new game based on Marvell? Anyone know the scoop on that?
I dunno but, ive had an idea like that myself and it sounds badass. Id buy it in a second.
I found it the opposite. Difficulty is a good thing when done right, but Inferno was just pure frustration at the mechanics of the game destroying you, regardless of skill. I can't farm when I am murdered by impossible affix combos. I quit 3 weeks ago and haven't looked back yet. I might jump back in for 1.04, see what happens. But I doubt I'm in it for the long haul like I was with D2.
The only problem with inferno is the fact that all the good gear drops there, and it doesn't drop often. Nobody would be complaining if the best gear dropped in Hell at a decent rate, and Inferno was a loot pinata, one that could one-shot-you, but a loot pinata none the less. Instead, Hell drops crap gear and Inferno loot is worse than World of Warcraft.
