Information released during GamesCom
Kotaku
Also it is using the same menu system as GT5 Prologue.
On a side note, does someone that is a fan of the game and will be playing it want to create an official thread? I would but my wife shot down getting a PS3 again so I won't be playing it and I don't like making "Official" threads of games I don't play.

That last one is some amazing news.
Who else will be picking up a PSEye for this feature alone?
I've been in love with just how the G25 wheel translates to awesomeness in GT5P. And in short, the characteristics I'm talking about, the force feedback, the way the game world interacts with your wheel directly - it is so well done. Most wheels are going to feel that pretty much the same way, and GT5P more readily makes use of other Logitech wheels through officially supported wheels, of which the G25 is only officially but not-all-the-way supported.
In short, with GT5 carrying over and improving from GT5P, it will be best enjoyed using the wheel, in cockpit view.
If using the PSEye, if the head motion is handled properly, should mean slight movements of the head translate to looking around your sides on screen with little head movement, so as to not require looking away and missing the point of the maneuver - your side views. So awesome because that frees up the two only buttons on the G25, but in the same manner - frees up your fingers from needing to hit a button, keeping locked on the wheel or shifters.

1) Damage Modeling Unfinished
This is good news. After watching the latest videos from GamesCom, it was a little disappointing to see how extremely limited the damage modeling was. The number of cars that [will] have damage modeling will remain the same, but it appears they are working on improving the characteristics and quality of the damage. Either they heard the reactions to what was shown at GamesCom, or they wanted to show what they had so far while continuing the work.
Kotaku
Tracks: Around 80
Cars: 1000 (830 "regular" ones, 170 with a little more modelling, with their interiors responding to damage, etc)
Damage: Yup, there'll be damage
GTTV: GT's in-game TV show, GTTV, is back (it has Top Gear!), and this time can be ported over to your PSP
Also it is using the same menu system as GT5 Prologue.
