Thats what i thought. From that particular video the car textures look better in GT5 but i like the "world" better in forza. GT5 the track just looked like a straight black top road. Not real texture to it. Forza you could see the rubber marks and stuff. The bouncing of rough road was nice in GT5 though. The grass, sand, and trees/houses all looked better in forza to me as well. In GT5 grass and sand just looked like the paint can fill like in MS paint.

O well though still excited for the game!

I got the complete opposite experience out of it, haha. GT5 looked better in every way. But for me, I think most of it was the lighting. I think some sections looked a little too dark, but I'm not making a snap judgment from one video. The lighting, geometry, and texture work is why I think that side-by-side goes to GT5.

I have to say, I also simply cannot wait for this game. My G25 is ready to go.

O im not basing a real choice off one video. That was just my opinions via one video. Most other videos are recorded off screen so its hard to really tell.

Either way all i own is a PS3 so if i want a good racing game its going to have to be GT5

I wish they'd release a little bit more final details about GT5. It makes me nervous the longer it goes. We're basically 5+ weeks away from the release and people on gaf are still scouring screen shots to see if Autumn Ring is in or not. Shouldn't we have a final vehicle and track list by now?

This is starting to concern me as well. Im buying a PS3 just for this game, but until I see some more details I dont want to spend any money.

I'm finally gonna play Prologue. Had the game since forever but haven't played it at all. Gonna try to finish up as much as I can before 5 comes out in a month since we know cars will carry over but not much else yet.

I think I read somewhere that the cars you've unlocked in GT5P will carry over to be used in the Arcade mode in GT5. I don't remember seeing any source for this, so this is 100% labeled as a rumor that I probably shouldn't even be mentioning.

If they announce that the cash or cars carry over into the main GT mode of the game, I'm going to backup and delete my GT5P save file. I want to start fresh, it's more fun that way.
