That's weird, my stats are updating almost instantly now. I played last night, and as soon as I turned off the Xbox I went to the computer to check my stats. They were fully updated except for the very last game I played..

Ehh...I don't think it gives away anything. Maybe to a slight extent, but considering we all know what "happened"...but will put up a warning.

I do that all the time. Its so hard to correctly label the landmarks in the heat of the battle.

My buddy was doing the same thing this weekend.. He kept saying " Guy on the right, COMING IN ON THE RIGHT", everyone just started laughing.

Guys can add me too ( GT in sig ), but I think I have most of you on my list already.. Free warning though, I am teh suck.

I say that on a map where there is a very clear orientation, like High Ground or the one with the big spinning thing in the middle. Although on High Ground I'll usually say they're coming in through the bunker or they're coming in on the left/through the pipe. But on the one with the big spinning thing, "on the left" or "on the right" is pretty clear.

I think it was on sandstorm, and he was all over the map. It didnt make much sense to anyone except him. Giant cluster fvck, but man we had a blast. We were playing some 4 vs 4 with the regular Sunday football crowd at my house. You know, since the games sucked and all ( /glare Lions).

I think we sold a couple consoles for M$ to ex-gaming guests who just "weren't into it anymore". One guy went out and bought a Halo edition the next day. His wife doesn't like me very much anymore I think he is going to end up being an XBL crack head. :evil:

I finally played a game tonight, and when I got online afterwards, everything is now updated. Everything that was missing is now showing up correctly. I even added a couple more triple kills to my tally tonight, and am still working on that allusive quad kill (every triple kill I've done, there's been a 4th there that's gunned me down).

you can add me too. I'm up for playing whenever I'm online. Matchmaking is good, but I'm tired of all the foulmouthed 11 year olds who seem to exult in having diarrhea of the mouth. I am also teh suck. I don't post here much, but I read all the time.

Halo 3 Matchmaking update released:

Arguably one of the top console FPS's in terms of player population at the moment, Halo 3 added several updates to its matchmaking playlist yesterday, the first in what will presumably be a long string of updates over the coming months.

According to Multiplayer Lead Tyson Green and test wunderkind David Gasca, the changes include:

Big Team Battle matches are now 16-player affairs.

In the Team Slayer playlist, the appearance of Shotty Snipers has been greatly reduced.

Now, when players veto Shotty Snipers, the game that results from the veto will not be Shotty Snipers.

In one-sided VIP matches, the attacking team will now see a waypoint for the VIP they are hunting.

In Lone Wolves, Slayer gametypes will appear more frequently.

Yea it goes back to some humpday challenge where someone bet Luke that if they won by 20 or more points he would have to buy em a steak dinner.

Well they won and never received their steak dinner, hence that medal and what it means

Also today I went to do the marathon man achievement and i got all 7 terminals, and no damn achievement popped up

I only have 7 more achievements to get in H3!

When you went to the terminals, did you hit A and go through every screen in the terminal? Supposedly you are supposed to scroll through it until it says something along the lines of "link terminated" as in the communication has ended..

I'm going to attempt to get some skulls sometime this weekend. Did you guys follow a guide, or did you watch Youtube videos? If you used guides, which one would you recommend? I've seen some poorly described attempts at places like GameFaqs, so I was wondering what you guys used.

I went through the youtube videos. If you need any help let me know. I'm going to probably work on the terminals/campaign scoring this weekend
