i could care less when i get knifed, usually those guys and the toobers have negative k/d ratios anyways lol. its like cmon you're toobing/ care package glitch knifing and you still can't keep a 1:1 ? losers

I understand and respect IW's decision to add those roles into the game but honestly how is that fun for people who play like that?

I don't understand nor do I respect their decision to add those roles: you should not be able to survive or succeed without firing your weapon. But I agree - how is that fun for people? I put together a commando class with Marathon and Lightweight... it's actually fairly easy to do well: I used it for a few matches and averaged 1.5:1 without even using my brain, but I was bored to tears.

GLITCHERS
As for the glitchers, I won't even stay in a lobby that has a 10th level prestige. At this stage, that's almost a guaranteed glitcher, especially if the douche is lvl 70.

Played a few matches today, didn't see a single care package glitcher.

Played a match with continuous emergency airdrop. It was hilarious because both teams did not care about killing each other or capturing the target, but just trying to find good care packages. It was raining crates. Eventually someone got a nuke and ended the madness.

Ha, so yesterday my brothers decided to buy Xbox live.

Tonight was my first time playing live, and I have about an hour of console FPS experience, haha.

I went for a combined 158-15 over 6 rounds, everyone in this game is so stupid. Everyone just rushes the middle of the map with LMG's and dies....repeatedly. I don't even camp, just use M16+reddot+StopPwrPro. I think my two years of competitive PC FPS carried over

Anyway, I like the game, but some of the maps are retarded. Afghan, Derail? and uhm....sub pen? The three massive open ones....yeah those are annoying when they come up in rotation. I'll take High Rise and invasion alll day.

so with the 2 claymore limit, if you're watching the 1st one you put down and put the 3rd one down when an enemy is near the 1st, will it take them out ?

Yeah, it explodes like a normal claymore. The likelyhood of it killing someone is low though, if they are that close they would have tripped the claymore already.

I use the grenade launcher and the knife on a regular basis, but I honestly don't even know what glitches you are referencing.

Both of those weapons have their place in the game, but anyone who cheats sucks in my book.

And for the record, my K is 1.03:1.

i played last night and there was a clan that all used noob tubes. funny thing was out of the 4-5 maps we played they did not win once.

it was 6 pubbers vs 6 clan members lol, at least they were cool and did not talk trash , they said they just play to have fun.

Heck, when the game first came out I played a clan of 10 year olds or so...and they were all AWFUL (my first ever 25 killstreak)! Being in a clan doesn't mean you're good.

I played with FAMAS yesterday and really enjoyed it. I've been using the TAR ans SCAR a lot and really like FAMAS for now. I'm only level 31 and suck most of the time. I did get a couple of kill streaks which is unusual for me. I played Express Team Deathmatch most yesterday.

I really like the map Rush I think. It's small and usually you can just pop off the people running up the pipes to get to the top.

they were all prestiging already, i was thinking if you leveled up to 70 already and are 1/2 way thru prestiging you would have picked up some skills =)

I've said it before and I'll say it again.

Prestiging does NOT mean someone is good at a game, it means they play it alot. And if you are bad and never modify your tactics to get good it's simply a testament to the amount of time you spend, not to your skill.

yep same as me, i can own hard on certain maps, then fall back down to earth on others. my style of play only works on certain types of maps haha

Prestiging does NOT mean someone is good at a game, it means they play it alot. And if you are bad and never modify your tactics to get good it's simply a testament to the amount of time you spend, not to your skill.

This is very true. My level is 30 something and my skills are nowhere near what I consider a level 30 player.

For example I got tooled pretty good last night for MW2 night and on the 9 lives games I was able to watch a lot of you guys play and your skills are WAY better then mine.

One of my biggest issues is "reflexes" mine are just not as good as the rest of you. I see you and you see me and you guys can get your weapon up, aimed, and fired before I can, it's that simple. Also my aim must be off or it is server issues as you guys talk about because I cannot tell you (even last night) how many times I shot someone point blank with a full clip and nothing happened other than I got shot 2 times and died.

Overall I am enjoying the online experience and I say bring on some new maps (or old ones as the case may be).

Is there a starting M16 Class? How do you have all that starting yesterday?

Because you find something boring, doesn't mean others do. I get bored to tears with using guns. I'll whip out the knifing class and have some fun. I usually always go positive with it, but who cares? You have to find some fun in this game or you will become a youtube video of some moron going nuts throwing his 360 out the window.



On another note, I have started working on quick scoping. I rarely snipe since AR's are so powerful and accurate, but I see more and more how powerful quick scoping can be if you are good at it. I set my sensitivity to 6 and started using the intervention with FMJ, sleight of hand pro, stopping power pro, ninja pro. I was pretty horrible at it, but I think that's mainly attributed to the drastic change in sensitivity. I am going to continue playing at 6 (or maybe 5) to try and get used to the change. Anyone here a quick scoper?

The way you describe "reflexes" is probably because of lag. If you're shooting people point blank and nothing's happening, that's lag. There are many times you will die where your enemy has seen you for almost a full second before you see them, because of lag. In those cases you don't stand a chance.
