New map out today for all the ELITE members. I have still not played the other two since most of my friends dont have ELITE!

I've played it. It's a bit hectic when you first play it but it's nothing like Highrise. It might look like it but no.

They also added 5 more prestige levels and Clan Operations are now in full swing. Yay for me and my two man clan lol.

I do'nt think PS3 users have even gotten 1 new map yet, while Xbox users have 3 now?

wth? i didnt even think new maps were out yet. ive been playing Kill Confirmed so much that i havent spent much time with the fam. to quit CoD cold turkey, i gave away my copy to my nephew last night. withdrawal symptoms.......ffffffff

Oh man.. that's gotta be rough. I've been tempted to go cold turkey a few times myself. Just can't do it though.

I could never quit cold turkey. I usually slow down my play time in the summer but it picks back up before the release of the next CoD.

I say, if you're going to eventually buy all the maps then, yes buy elite so you can get it for slightly cheaper (overall price compared to buying map packs separately), and you get content faster.

Try it for a year, if you don't like it, then don't subscribe the next year. If $50 isn't a big drop in the bucket for you, then go for it.

I got my ELITE with the harden copy of MW3. If not for that I dont think I would of paid for it. Its nice to get the maps early and at a cheaper rate, but on past CoD, I usually buy the first one and than give up paying for them after that. Now that Clan Ops are up and running maybe it will be worth the money.

The cool thing about a new map is.. it really allows you to showcase your instinct, reflex, and gun skills. Well maybe not showcase, but evaluate b/c no one knows the maps real well. They don't know the hot spots yet and such, so it's who's best at run n gunning. Once things settle down, I'm either back to stealth mode or camp mode. Depending on how the flow of the game is of course.

I tend to look at my accuracy, and think.. man I have some poor gun skills (about 15%), but I win a lot of gun fights, so spray n pray is a skill right?

I could care less about my accuracy %. I believe mine is around 15ish%. The highest on my friend list is around 24% but he only uses shotguns. I have been wanting to use the MK14? Not sure if that is the right name but the single shot gun. I used the FAL a lot in BLops and loves the one shot kills in hardcore. Dont know about using in MW3 since I play dom and its such a fast pace mode.

M14 is by far, the funnest AR in MW3.

Anyone get a MOAB yet? I've been so close many times. I went 55-3 on a Resistance domination match. I went back and counted, was 2 away. Ran out of ammo, and tried to grab a scavenger pack.. doh.

I'm glad the MOAB is in the game. So hard to get, so it's really rare. I get so nervous and antsy when I'm close.

The closest Ive been was 16. I started the match 16-0 and ran out of ammo. I ended up knifing my 16th, picked up his gun and he got instant payback by spawning right behind me. I was so pissed!

I hate when people spawn up my butt. I've started killing then doing a 180 and going the other way on some maps particularly smaller ones because of it.

The spawning is still an issue IMO.

The spawn system is good and bad. It's good when they spawn in front of me, and I kill them. It's bad when they spawn behind me, and kill me.

Overall, you just gotta have some map awareness and play carefully. If your green/blue guys are on the other side of the map, maybe you should move away from where you are currently or anticipate.

Spawn system isn't bad, there is no 'perfect' spawn system.

Should help breath some new interest in it for me (hopefully).

Been finding it less and less enticing to play in the last few weeks.
