Wow......that's just an embarrasing performance by the Dallas Mavericks, Josh Howard especially. They had that game wrapped up and they simply blew it.

The good thing is Dallas will win both games at home. There is no way in hell the Heat will even come close in games 6, 7. I expect Dallas to come out swinging and to obliterate the Heat in game 6.

Fact is Miami figured out the Mavs....the Mavs were still in it tonight because the Heat just can't hit free throws....

Avery cleared pointed to a time out. So did Howard. If you watch the replay you can see Howard asking the ref for a time out.

you do the hand signal, its a sign for time out. if you're being hacked and you hold the ball and signal, that's not asking your bench if you should take time out, you're telling the ref you want a time out. same happens when time is stopped.

go back and you'll find it. that's why it's so annoying when you play the "you're such a heat-hater" card. unlike some, i feel like i can be objective when i try.....

there was 1.9 seconds left and he's splitting the gap between 3 defenders and throwing up a scoop-circus layup......the refs bailed him out on that wild shot. you just don't like to see the refs deciding the game like that. it's not like Wade got mugged.
