You want a tissue? It's a fact that Crosby didn't score for 170 shifts/136 minutes and now I'm "talking sht". Let's sidestep the fact that Gill/Gorges shut down the high powered Caps but even Ovi had 5 goals/34SoG. Cindy's 1 goal + 12 SoG in 6 games for the "best player in the NHL" is downright pathetic and if the Pens lose there goes the Hart/Lester for Crosby. You can call it sht talking but I'll bet you the Hart goes to Ovi or Sedin if Crosby doesn't show up in Game 7. MVP's carry their team and not the other way around. Then again, the Pens won it all for him vs Detroit last year when he only had 1 goal/3pt in the Finals and that's why Ovi took the Hart last year.

Yep I'm a Flyers fan and Fact: Gagne's return has done 10X more for his team in 2 games than Crosby in 6. The Bruins don't have an answer for Gagne right now and they better get their sht together b/c it's hard to win at the Wach and the Flyers are almost back to full strength. The Flyers have nothing to lose except try to become the 3rd team in NHL history to come back from an 0-3 deficit.

uhh since rookie season? Pretty much every series I see him whine and dive and act like a little biotch.

What was it game 3 or 4 of the current series, he goes for the puck behind opposing net, loses it to the other team, get pissed, smacks his stick against the goal post, breaks it, the lower end of it flew into Halek. Then he throws the rest of his stick onto the ice and pouts his way back to the bench. He basically had a 3 year old's temper tantrum. Absolutely disgusting for a pro athlete to act that way.

Then he gives the dirty hits, and then turns around and acts like the victim every time. At least most players in the leageu who are of the hitting type know that what goes around comes around.

Proof? Ovi never shows up when his team needs him most. Where was he in game 7 last year when crosby and the pens rolled through the caps on home ice. Where was he this year for the last 3 games against montreal? Where was he during the olympics?

Crosby has a history of droughts, but he also has a history of showing up in big games.

After 5 years in the NHL, ovi has nothing to show for it other than good stats. Stats which, by the way, aren't as good as "cindys".

Over 5 years Crosby has 1.36ppg (compared to 1.34ppg for ovi), an Art Ross, Rocket Richard, and a Hart. 4 playoff appearances, 2 stanley cups finals, 1 Stanley cup, and 1 TBD. An olympic gold medal (where he scored the game winner mind you). Not to mention the fact that he actually knows how to play a little bit of defense.

I find it very odd that this postseason has been basically "home ice disadvantage." It's almost disturbing how often the home team loses.

That being said, I hope the trend continues!
