I really like Raymond too. Early in the Season I predicted he would get a Hat Trick this Season, month or 2 later he made me look like a genius!

What was it game 3 or 4 of the current series, he goes for the puck behind opposing net, loses it to the other team, get pissed, smacks his stick against the goal post, breaks it, the lower end of it flew into Halek. Then he throws the rest of his stick onto the ice and pouts his way back to the bench. He basically had a 3 year old's temper tantrum. Absolutely disgusting for a pro athlete to act that way.
Then he gives the dirty hits, and then turns around and acts like the victim every time. At least most players in the leageu who are of the hitting type know that what goes around comes around.

Watching the post game. Luongo isn't tearing up, but he's choked. He's right, his team isnt playing good hockey, and doing what they need to do. Turnovers cost them.

he wouldn't be the player he is without that competitive fire. unsportsmanlike displays? lol it's hockey, some players are chippy.

And please don't go pointing at team championships when comparing individual players, that's one of the dumbest things that I see people use when comparing individual players in a team sport. The only time that really works is when a player carries a team on his back, which Crosby has not done.

Sid has nothing left to prove. He is statistically on par with ovi, much better defensively, and has proven he's a winner. Looking at the entire picture (indivdual stats, team accomplishments, accomplishments outside of pittsburgh), there has been noone on his level for the last 5 years. Not to mention the fact that he's never been suspended, and has done nothing but good for the community.
Right now ovechkin is the dan marino or the lebron james of hockey. When he actually wins something maybe we can talk about reasons why he is better than crosby.
As far as him being a captain and showing frustration? They all do it at some point. Remember when Alfredsson shot the puck at Staals head after the period ended in the playoffs 3 years ago? Yeah, crosby breaking his stick out of frustration sure is fucking terrible :sarcasm:

he's 2nd in playoff scoring and only because Toews had a 5-pt night in game 5 of their series. in fact Toews would be my #2 pick for top player. Ovy, I don't even know where I'd rank him. I just don't like one-dimensional players - don't hate me.
