If I'm going to buy that he pursued the death of Terri Schiavo with nothing but the best of intent on carrying out his wife's wishes, then his job should be over now. Anything he does in the way of preventing a proper funeral or burial just seems cruel to her parents/family. Why should he care? He has a new quasi-wife and kids even, move on already.

I'm not talking about the the legality of it, since he was married to her apparently that means he owns her so can dispose of his property in the manner he sees fit. I'm talking about just being a semi-decent person for a brief moment and maybe helping her parents come to terms with their daughter's death a way they are more familiar and comfortable with.

This proves he is an a55hole. I think he is a monster. He will get his in the end.

How is he an @$$hole? How is he a monster? He has been harrassed for YEARS by the Schindlers. Do you seriously think that they won't do the same at the funeral? Wake up and smell the roses. Look at the facts and stop being blinded by people's opinions.

The Shindlers will be told - or might even know, where the 'Family Burial Plot' is located.
What was NOT wanted to be publicized was the location in the press - so the 'Circus of Death'
and their Grim Reaper Entourage would show up there to harass the community.

Hell - these people are worse than the Deadheads that followed the Greatful Dead from
concert to concert - they look for gloom and doom situations so they can get their agenda
presented in circus level spectacle, complete with Political Ringmaster, Senate Clowns,
and Congressional Fools - Randall Terry and his Opera Rescue, they're looking for another
tragedy to use so they can champion their cause - by Political Crucifixion.

Pray that they don't choose you or yours to defile for their cause.

By that lady's logic, her baby would've been on the ventillator indefinitely. I feel sorry that she lost her precious baby, but I guess it's impossible for a grieving mother to have "common sense". When people are in state of extreme emotions, they often demand imppossible solutions.

BTW, in a devil's advocate type argument, what if that baby was allowed to be on that ventillator as long as that mother had wanted. Would it be alright for that mother to keep her baby on that ventillator, if another baby who has a better chance of getting well needed that particular ventillator?

These parents were no differen than Schiavo's in wanting their child to live as long as possible. But, in this case, at least the baby was still conscious and responding. Why is it ok to disconnect this one but not Schiavo's? Double standards, to say the least.

BTW, in a devil's advocate type argument, what if that baby was allowed to be on that ventillator as long as that mother had wanted. Would it be alright for that mother to keep her baby on that ventillator, if another baby who has a better chance of getting well needed that particular ventillator?

Bring in another ventilator.

I've always followed the Matthew 19:18 definition of the sixth commandment. We must kill each day in order to survive, because even vegetarians are killers ? they cause plant life to cease when they are harvested.

I do not believe that Terri was murdered. There was no hate or malice towards her.

I also do not believe that Terri?s doctor killed her. Her heart attack that lead to catastrophic brain damage killed her. The feeding tube was merely delaying the inevitable.

The heart attack that lead to her state of being was cause because she use to make herself vomit everytime she ate. So in the end she commited suicide.

was a big contributer to the 'Chemical' (Potassium) imbalance.

the federal gvmt wasted more of our money, modified the court systems for their personal gain, wrote laws to reduce rights and public wellfare; none of these issues made the headlines.

Shame on the White House, Congress and the fantics spewing lies and garbage in the media, at least the court system proved just in following the law.

Results of the autopsy conducted in the Terri Schindler-Schiavo case by the Pinellas County Medical Examiner?s office will be released in several weeks according to William Pellan director of forensics investigation.

The autopsy has been completed and the remains of the disabled woman who died Thursday, March 31 as the result of her feeding tube being removed by the court order of Pinellas County probate judge George Greer, have been released to her husband, Michael Schiavo.

The Schindler family had requested that an independent coroner be present for the autopsy and Dr. Cyril H. Wecht, well-known forensic pathologist and coroner of Allegheny County, Pa., had requested permission to observe the autopsy.

Well other than the obvious 'Fox Spokesman' allegiance he has with the media, it does appear that his credentials are in order.

Even though he dissagreed with eveyone else about the bullet that passed through Kennedys neck &

synchronized and fired at the same exact instant that the fatal head head shot was
by a second assassin from a different location . . .
but who knows . . since the Shindlers are not a party to the Florida Law any more
why should they get their way . . again . . in a matter that the courts have repeatedly
told them to stay out of, and once again interject crafted speculation.

Kind of like that guy 'Lee' who testified at the OJ trial that there were another set of
footprints at the murder scene, when in fact the 'other' set of foot prints were cast
into the tiles at time of manufacture by the comopany that made them . . .
were they 'footprints' ? Yes - but were they relevant ? No

Doesn't wreak of a cover-up to me...smells more like the Schindlers are simply attempting to extend their 15-minutes a bit longer...they are the ones who have turned this into a media circus, and then they wonder why Michael Shiavo has been a bit hostile towards them.

This was a family matter...it should have never become a media event.
