As for JR and Venture, they supposedly don't like each other for some stuff that happened about a decade ago, and you know how Venture can be.

So either they'll suck together as a combo, or they'll bitch to each other and make things interesting

Oh goodie goodie, when I heard you say they weren't going to do the broadcast I didn't really want to watch, but I turned it on and heard the two, it made a world of difference.

The play by play guy's having a freakn' heart attack when the guy returns a kick for 5 yards?! God, settle down dude. This league is about 1 thing, hype.

Edit: And it makes me wonder weather or not these guys are told to make the big hit when ever they can instead of making the good play. Like on that last touchdown pass the DB CLEARLY stutter stepped for about 2 seconds and then nailed that guy. He could have easily either picked off the pass or gotten a hand on it.

He throws it, he catches it, *yawn* instead?

I mean, Ross adds a level of emotion that just intensifies the play more than any game I've ever seen. The problem with announcers at an NFL game, is that the games are all on national broadcasts, and there's no &quot;home team&quot; announcers as you'd have in a basketball or baseball game, requiring them to be neutral. The same is held true here, but yeah, sports are a passionate thing for many people, and Ross puts in that passionism in a great way IMO.

No I mean the seats in the corners of the field. Sure, the middle seats are packed...but every other seat is empty. Not even 1 person in the corner seats.

And I'm sorry but getting THAT excited about a 5 yard kick return is dumb and annoying. It doesn't get me excited, it irritates me. I feel like I'm watching wrestling. And then they make a pass down to the 1 with hardly any time left and they're down by a touchdown and they're all like &quot;how do you like the XFL now?!&quot;. Gimme a break.

Edit: Yep, for the last 10 minutes I have been. And I only continue to because I enjoy making fun of it. And I'm waiting for SNL..
