Lost Planet tomorrow..hells yeah
picked it up from blockbuster during lunch. can't wait to play this tonight.
I'm hoping my blockbuster has it in stock. I'm going up there when I get done with work today.
Ok, who the hell doesn't allow the options menu to be accessed while in game play? Trying to find a comfortable speed for turning (As default is so slow) but you have to quit the game to go to options, restart the level, try it out, and if you don't like it, do it all again. Lame.
Can't give true impressions yet, first real level is demo level.

I just found the code that come with my Live vision camera for free uno. If anyone wants it let me know. I've already bought uno, thus no need for the free code

I rented Lost Planet on Friday and finished the single-player by Saturday. Short 7-10 hour game like GoW depending on how you play it. Still very fun even if the plot of the story doesn't make much sense and the voice acting is bad.
I've spent the last two nights playing multiplayer I'm pleasantly surprised by the multiplayer. I wasn't too thrilled with the multiplayer demo mostly because I didn't care for the map. However, maps like Dilapidation and Lost Coast are extremely fun because they offer big weapons, up to 4 or 5 story buildings (really fun with the zip line), tunnels, places to hide, etc etc. I even surprised by the options - multiple teams (more than 2), different modes of play...I'm really enjoying it.

I just want to know how it stacks up against R6 in multiplayer. I'm afraid to buy this game, so I guess I'll wait and get it from gamefly.

does anyone else use the 360 to connect to their PC sharing video and audio? I think this is incredibly cool, now I can just share the videos and songs I download and play them through the 360, instead of burning them to a disc. Sweet.

Yep. Got a 360 hooked up in the living room and the bedroom and use both just for this. Really great for ripping DVD to WMV to watch movies and shows.

My folks picked me up a 360 with GoW for Christmas. I also grabbed Ridge Racer 6 and NHL 2k6 for $20/each. RR6 is alot of fun and GoW is just sick. I love the streaming feature. It allows me to add my own soundtrack to RR6. Much better that way.
Is it worth paying for the XBL Gold account over the free Silver? I haven't signed up for anything yet.
And does anyone know how I can cancel my original XBL account? I'd like to start fresh with a new userID ... it's pretty dumb.

just uses a lot of system resources though. it crashes when i have to transcode a .mov to the 360.
You have to call them to cancel it.Originally posted by: JDub02

You can change your gamertag somewhere on the dashboard...I was messing around one day and saw the option. Not too sure exactly where it is, but could find it later tonight.
