It's high but it's an average rig for enthusiasts. Most gamers in these boards have a better machine than that. Dual Core, 2GB of RAM and a 7900GT or better...that was high end a year ago. This is Unreal 3 we are talking about so it doesn't seem too bad.
And for those with slower machines not willing to upgrade...there's always the Xbox 360 version.
Anyway...I'm really, really looking forward to this game.
