I can't look at the pic since I'm at work so I can't speak to the authenticity of it.

What I can tell you is I personally know someone who isn't even 20 yet and has natural F-cup breasts. She isn't even particularly big, though she isn't skinny either. But regardless it is possible for breasts that size to be real. Most women who are built like that tend to have reduction surgery however. (And unfortunately for those of us who like dirty pictures)
