No, the retail boxed Hard Drives usually come with a cable and a disk of the Disk Management software that you can download from the website. Save your money and get OEM.
depends on where you live. I bought a NEC 3500a driver from them a month or so ago and from CA to NY with express saver it shipped thursday I beleive and was here on tuesday.
Most OEM boxes usually have shorter warranties than the hard drive ones. You should check the warranty first as it could bea very short warranty period like OEM processors.
