opinions of Acer monitors?

I was in a store and there was an Acer 24 inch monitor for $330(with $100 factory rebate). There was a Samsung for $600. The only differences were the Samsung had a swivel and the contrast was a little better. Same resolution. I have seen Acer 24 inch monitors as low as $480, not $330.

Does Acer have lower quality? Any experience with how long their monitors last? That is a big difference in price.

Hello, checkout the LCD Thread, should answer any questions you might have. One reason for the price difference could be differing panel types (Acer might be a cheap (to make) TN panel).
