OT: Lost Rebate Form

Sorry for this not being a HOT DEAL but does anybody know of a site that has copies of old rebate forms? I'm looking for a particular Fry's rebate from way back in February-March of 2003, a $120 MIR on a WD 200 GIG SE drive. Any help is appreciated TIA!

I have the pdf on the WD 200 GIG with me. However thats for End of may through June. Dunno if that might help. Why do you need the rebate form? Also wrong forum

i've got one that is from 2-28 to 3-28. how come you weren't smart enough to save the pdf file until you received your rebate? no excuse for being that stupid. you don't deserve to get your money back.
