Here at work I use Outlook 2003 with an exchange server. Is there a way to set Outlook to start suggesting email addresses from the global address book as I start typing the person's email or name? I have already checked under Tools>Options>Email Options>Advanced Email Options and have "Automatic name checking" and "suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc" checked. I dont recall having this problem with Outlook 2000, however. Right now it seems to only "suggest" names that I have previously used and doesnt pull them from my contacts of address book. I know you can click the "Check Names" to try and resolve the email but its much easier if it brings up a menu as I type.
Is this a setting issue or is it just how M$ decided they wanted it to work?
