Outlook Express?

How do you set it so > precedes each line for previous messages in a Reply window? I thought I set it in preferences, but I must be missing something.

In Outlook Express 6, go to Tools | Options | Send | Mail Sending Format | Plain Text Settings and check Indent the original text with > when replying or forwarding. Hope this helps.

The key here is to get into plain text mode for the > to show up. Staying in HTML mode will get you the indent..Regards

You can also find "Indent message on reply" in the HTML settings. Just go to Options, then click on the send tab. You'll find it there.
