Outlook Help please

Hoe do I transfer all of my old contacts/ emails from one computer to another? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

express or regular outlook ?

regular outlook you can just make a pst file, copy folder from one pst to another or just copy the original pst..

express is a bit different...

You will want to export your contacts and messages out of outlook or outlook express. In Outlook you will create a PST file, this is basically a backup file which you can then import the file to another computer. In Outlook Express you will want to create a CSV file for your address book..... it's all very simple actually, if you do a search on google I am sure you can easily find some detailed instructions on how to do this.
