Overclocking a Celeron 800....

I have a little (luxury?) problem choosing between 2 motherboards I allready have laying around....
I am going to try overclocking a Celeron 800 (on a slotket) as much as possible and want a stable result.

The two boards i question are:
Abit BE6 II ver. 1.2, and MSI 6163 Ver.2

I think both boards are decent boards, but i want to pick the best/ most stable board for my #2 PC

The 6163 is very much like the BX Master, except without the Promise ATA66 controller onboard. I have done well with the BX Master. I will say that with a slotket, I cannot get as high of stable speed as I could on the Asus CUSL2. On the CUSL2, 1.2GHz was no problem. On the MSI, 1152 is the max that is stable. Typically, the Abit boards have not done as well for me.
