overclocking and video card

I will be building a new computer using a Soyo K7vme mobo and athlon xp-m 2400, Windows ME overclocked probably to 166x13.5.
Will this adversely affect my using my Radeon 7000 dual monitor card? or is the AGP slot unaffected by overclocking.

It depends on your chipset/motherboard. This is known as the AGP/PCI lock, Anandtech has written about this.
