P4 Motherboard suggestion

I am looking to get a P4 mobo with 8X agp, upgradaeble up to 3ghz and support for DDR 2700 333 (1GB), I curently have P4 2.53ghz in 845GV based Intel Mobo. I don't want to spend more than $150 and preferrably. Thanks.
