that's a load.. either platform can be 100% rock.. i have experienced less problems with VIA chipsets than Intel. I've said that a million times, Via chipsets are kick arse ! my KT133A's are rock stable !!

take some time and read up on your decision... truth is.. it really doesnt matter.. as long as you have a quality motherboard and ram and periphals to back it up.. processor is really insignificant... but AMD does r0x0rz the crap out of Intel if you really want to get down to it...

I think this has already been summed up but amds have better performance per dollar. Reliability on the other hand... In a server - Intel, At home - AMD.
