Wish he would've made it more damaging but this isn't bad.
Someone set us up the bomB!
Must have chosen glitter for extra slo-mo glitz on the documentary footage. Otherwise it's pointless.
I can't believe he came up with this idea because police wouldn't even open a case with his house surveillance video.
You dont have preteen daughters then?Someone set us up the bomB!

Load it up with flour, stick a few bio hazard stickers on the interior box and have a speaker say "Warning Anthax! Immediate evacuation advised!" over and over?I could come up with a way to do something a lot more unpleasant for the thieves and could do it in a way that wouldn't be traced to me, but I'd worry about hurting an innocent bystander.
Have you ever come across glitter?
That shit gets everywhere, and stays put! You might get the loose stuff piled up when cleaning it up, but the victim is gonna be finding glitter for years more often than not, especially if done in a car. And that's what makes this that much better
What kills me is how many different people were stealing from the same guys' porch.
Should have sprayed adhesive first so the glitter would stick.
Which part?
Bigger city cops simply do not have the time to chase petty thieves, there are too many and evidence is usually limited so unless caught in the act a thief is likely to get away with the thievery because no department is going to bring out all the forces to chase down an unknown figure. If there was violence involved, that's different, they'll put more time into that chase but not for package thieves.
I guess it depends on who's delivering the packages, because if it is USPS, that's a federal crime.
Plus, this guy looks like he lives in a nice area, so kind of sad that the police department doesn't seem to care. It's one thing if there is no evidence to get them started, but when you have video of the thieves and their cars, the cops should not be allowed to simply dismiss it and say "too bad, we're too busy". I imagine these people have been arrested before for something, and if people know they won't be prosecuted for theft, then what deterrent is there for them not to do it?
Sorry but my bullshit detector is going off. The glitter was in a tray that could be spilled, and none of them tipped the package or just stuck it under their arm, they all kept it upright.
