Parallel Copying = Teh Suxor

Does anyone happen to know of a replacment windows (shell/command/whatever) that accomplishes this?

I'm rearranging my HDD and it's extremely lame having to wait for it to copy everything.

Hmm, I did find something here: http://www.altap.cz/salam_en/features/queue.html

However, it's fairly un-intuitive. Anyone know of any programs similar to that one that work half-decently?

What I'm really looking for is a replacement for the cut / paste operation, so that it functions the same, but queues them instead of trying to copy in parallel.
