well my parents took my car away for a month today. they said someone in the neighborhood saw me driving someone else. because i havent had my license for a year, that would be illegal. however i have not driven anyone else in my car ever. parents dont belive me. what should i do? how can i convince them?

(i bought the car, they only pay for the insurance. i pay for everything else)

I did for 6 months (parent's rule). My brothers did also. So you can't say "not a single kid" cuz there are a few

woah, you have to wait a year before driving with anyone? it was three months for me. but I also had to wait TWO YEARS before I could get a traffic violation, otherwise my license would be taken away for 30 days.

Jeez. In NYS, it was you can't have more than 2 passengers under 21 in the car if you were under 18. Also, you couldn't get more than 3 points (basically 1 moving violation) on your license for the first 6 months, otherwise it would be suspended.

If you feel like taking the violent route, find out who this "someone" is and (you fill in the rest).

You don't have a license, you have a learner's permit. Big difference.

I don't know about PA...but it is clearly stated here in CA.

For the first 12 months of having your license, you may not transport passengers under 21 without someone 25 or older at any time.

* Transport passengers under 20 years of age at any time, for the first twelve months.
* Drive between 11 pm and 5 am for the first twelve months.

Crap, I was wrong. Hmm yeah here in PA the only restrictions on a junior DL is that you can't drive between the hours of 11pm and 5am. Wow, sucks to be in CA I guess

That's a retarded rule. Don't have that in PA, but my parents still said I wasn't to drive anyone until they said so. That lasted for MAYBE 2 weeks... yeah...

Ok, I was wrong, I'm used to the PA rules and regs. As far as what you should do, if you parent's don't believe you, then you're pretty much SOL. You could probably go beat the living crap out of the person who ratted on you when you didn't even do it, but I don't know how much that would accomplish.
