Definitely get CAS2 ram. It's worth it. Crucial is good. Mushkin is expensive, but the way to goif you're into overclocking.

What your system config. and is overclocking important to you?... becuase if you only want 133 cas2 or your running a particular chipset you'll be wasting your money on high end memory that you don't need. Hard to go wrong with some nice crucial or infineon. Get mosel rev2 if you have a KT, KTa, or intel i815 chipset and really want to push it.
