You really should install all five items listed under Chipset Software on that download list. So if you haven't installed them, do that and it should take care of the missing drivers.

Probably the Serial over LAN driver. However, Fardringle is correct - install all of the items under Chipset Software if you haven't done it yet.

If you double click on the item and look under the Details tab, select the Property pull down and select Hardware ID, try googling that hardware ID and you'll probably be able to figure out exactly what it is.

Looks like a modem to me, if you go to propeties on device manager and have a look at the hardware_ID, paste it into google search for hardware model etc...

oops, already posted

Looks to me like the devices plugged into the PCI ports are missing their drivers, not the ports themselves. Your dell cannot recognize those devices and therefore lists them in device manager as "other devices". You need to go to the manufacturers website and download and install the latest drivers for those particular devices whatever they may be. Or try the windows update utility as Microsoft may have the drivers for those devises. I am not sure there really is any such thing as drivers for the PCI slots themselves, if you pull the devices from those slots and restart, the "other devices" listing in device manager should be gone.

I don't understand the difficulty here. Go to the page you linked, hit drivers and downloads, fill in the categories with your setup, download and install the drivers on the page. You may not need them all, but if it is original configuration I guarantee you will find what you are missing.

All I had to do is install the first two chipset drivers and that cleared up the problem. See, I just wasn't sure if it was the chipset driver or I had to occupy the PCIe port.
